We offer a full refund to all regular priced products, if your product is damaged and approved by our department. Any products under promotional code or on sale/clearance are NOT eligible for a refund. Our refund policy is available for up to 7 days after receiving the shipment. You must send an email to email@example.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product within 7 days of receiving the item. We will email you back to let you know if your item/s are eligible for a return. If they are, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the product back for a return. Once we receive the item/s, and if you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed. Keep in mind a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: If you decide you will like to return your item/s and you meet the requirements to be able to return them, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning and shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
